Co-founder and resident chatterbox, James does the edits and runs the socials — deciding what goes out, when, and how loud it goes out. He's incapable of standing anywhere for more than a minute without starting a chin wag with whoever will listen. Carla chases the interviews and keeps him organised, which is just as well: left to his own devices he'd still be by the merch table talking to a stranger at closing time.

Photographer, keyboard captain and lead writer for reviews and editorials, Carla is the reason there's something to read here the morning after a gig. She's a train of enthusiasm — once it leaves the station, it's not stopping. There's a strong brew within arm's reach at all times: Yorkshire Tea, boiled at 100 degrees and somehow lukewarm by the time she gets round to drinking it.

Usually found somewhere between the barrier and the best light in the room, Harry is our camera-carrying accomplice with a knack for catching the split-second moments everyone else misses. Equal parts sharp eye, calm head and good-energy human — if there's sweat, movement or a guitarist pulling an outrageous face, Harry has probably already got the shot.
